Built for nonstop operations
Every UgoWork product is engineered as part of one system — battery, charger, and energy intelligence — so your fleet runs and you do not hear about the battery.
Safety and durability is engineered, not assumed – UL is the baseline
Every lithium-ion battery sold into material handling claims compliance. Compliance is where our engineering starts, not where it ends. UgoWork batteries hold full UL 2580 system listing and are approved by major forklift OEMs. Then we build in protection layers, testing, and thermal engineering that no certification requires.

System-level certification
Full UL 2580 listing on the assembled unit, not component-level certificates on the parts inside it.

Redundant protection
A dedicated fuse at every individual cell, plus two fully independent contactors isolating the charge and discharge paths.

Thermal architecture
Pack modules wrapped in a thermally conducting barrier that dissipates heat in hot environments and keeps the pack warm in cold conditions.

Testing beyond certification
HALT (highly accelerated life testing) push the product past its rated limits through extreme thermal cycling, vibration, and electrical overstress. Our engineers find the failure modes, not our customers.

OEM-validated integration
Charge-discharge profile testing, ramp and terrain scenarios, and CAN bus communication with most major truck OEMs, for validated compatibility and safety.

Designed and manufactured in North America
Built in the U.S. and Canada, engineered in Québec, for the demands of North American industrial environments.
